Shipping:
Our postage rates apply to sending within New Zealand only. If you wish to have them sent overseas please contact us for up-to-date international postage prices.
Shipping will occur within 7 days of your order being paid. If there is to be any delay in shipping you will be contacted and given the option of waiting for the item holding up shipping, getting the item sent seperately or a refund on the item holding up delivery.
Products damaged in transit will be replaced by Sweet Escape at no cost to the customer.
Returns.
Used or tried products may not be returned. Our apologies if the product isn't your favourite. Hopefully you can gift it to someone you know.
Any faulty items will be replaced.
We can not do product exchanges.
